Each individual may maintain only one pop99 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
All pop99 games use certified random number generators or physical live dealing. Game outcomes are not manipulated. Abuse of system errors or software faults is prohibited.
All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. pop99 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the pop99 Platform. pop99 does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside of its licensed territory.
2.3 pop99 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Access to real-money gaming and withdrawal services will be suspended pending satisfactory completion of age verification.

3.1 Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) pop99 Account. The registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to keep this information updated at all times.
3.3 You must create a strong, unique password for your pop99 Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pop99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 pop99 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where false or misleading registration information is detected.
4.1 pop99 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to, a copy of your MyKad (Malaysian identity card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address documentation not older than three (3) months.
4.2 pop99 may request KYC documentation at any point during the lifecycle of an Account, including at account creation, prior to any withdrawal, upon detection of unusual account activity, or as part of periodic account review processes.
4.3 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pop99 will result in suspension of withdrawal services and may result in Account closure.
4.4 All KYC documentation is processed and stored in accordance with pop99's Privacy Policy.
5.1 Deposits to your pop99 Account may be made via the supported payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit, which include but are not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), and USDT TRC20.
5.2 A minimum deposit of RM 20 applies per transaction. pop99 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time upon reasonable notice.
5.3 All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method.
5.4 pop99 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pop99 accepts no responsibility.
5.5 Deposited Real Money Funds are held separately from pop99's operational capital.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment instruments in your own name and matching your registered Account details. pop99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
6.2 Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and wager but cannot withdraw.
6.3 pop99 targets withdrawal processing within 15 to 60 minutes for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and within 1 to 24 hours for FPX bank transfers, subject to payment provider processing times.
6.4 pop99 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures, including requests for source of funds documentation, prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
6.5 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only Real Money Funds and winnings derived from Real Money Funds (subject to any applicable wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.
7.1 pop99 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sportsbook enhanced odds. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from Bonus Funds.
7.2 Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any Bonus Fund-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
7.3 pop99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after Bonus Funds have been credited, the Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirement will be removed.
7.4 Players found to be exploiting promotional offers through bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee profit will have promotions voided and accounts reviewed for suspension.
Bonus Abuse Warning: pop99 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Accounts identified as engaging in systematic promotional exploitation will be suspended without prior warning and outstanding balances reviewed.
8.1 Each game category on the pop99 Platform — including live casino games, slot machines, roulette, and sportsbook — is governed by its own specific game rules displayed within the game interface or associated help documentation.
8.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game, pop99 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the corresponding stake to the Player's Account Balance.
8.3 pop99 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand game rules or optimal strategy. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.
8.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table variant, and time of day. Current limits are displayed within the game interface.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pop99 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all pending transactions, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

10.2 Self-exclusion is available for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
10.3 pop99 strictly enforces its 21+ age restriction. Any Player found to be under the required age will have their Account closed immediately, all transactions voided, and any remaining balance returned to the originating payment method.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other rights are granted.
11.3 Reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any pop99 content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
12.1 pop99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data processing practices described therein.

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pop99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
13.2 pop99's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
13.3 pop99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
13.4 Gambling involves financial risk. pop99 does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or profit from participation in any game or betting market on the Platform.
14.1 pop99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required to address security issues or comply with legal obligations.
14.2 Continued use of the pop99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact pop99 support to arrange Account closure.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant licensing territory.
15.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, account transaction, or promotional claim, Players must submit a formal complaint via pop99's 24/7 live chat or email support in the first instance. pop99 targets acknowledgement of all formal complaints within 24 hours and resolution within 14 business days.
15.3 Where a Player dispute cannot be resolved through pop99's internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider as designated by the applicable gaming authority.
